Field Service Repair
We have knowledgeable & experienced repair technicians that will travel to your location to inspect, diagnose, and repair your equipment. Our field service repair rates are $99 per hour, which starts once the tech arrives at your location, plus additional parts costs. Travel fees start at $0.80 per mile, or $55 per man hour.
Drop-Off Restaurant Equipment Repair
We offer shop service at our convenient Kentuckiana location. If you’re in need of restaurant equipment repair, drop off your equipment for bench service on small countertop equipment like blenders, slicers, or toasters. We also repair larger equipment including mixers, ovens, fryers, and more. We understand downtime impacts your bottom-line and you need prompt, dependable service to get your kitchen equipment operational.
We provide up to 30 minutes of free equipment diagnosis and we’ll generate a repair estimate once the diagnosis is complete. Our drop-off restaurant equipment repair rates are $85 per shop hour plus additional parts costs.
We stand by our work so, once repairs are complete, we offer a 90 day warranty.
Post Sale Support
Manufacturers have a network of service agents authorized to handle restaurant equipment repairs during the warranty period. We can help you find an authorized service agent in your area if you have equipment that needs warranty repairs. If the equipment was purchased from us, we can also provide a proof of purchase.

For all the DIYers out there, we have a wide selection of in-stock parts for restaurant equipment. If we don’t have it, we have access to suppliers with thousands of parts for everything from toasters to mixers. Because of this wide access to parts, many parts are available within a single business day after ordering.
