Our Parts & Service Department stocks hundreds of common parts and has access to every part needed for commercial foodservice equipment for equipment from manufacturers including Blodgett, Hatco, Pitco, Waring, Server, True, Edlund, T&S Brass, Vulcan, & more.
Our parts and service department are experts at diagnosing what parts are needed depending on your equipment’s age, manufacturer, model, serial number and the problem that is occurring. The more information you have concerning your equipment, the better we are able to help. Being prepared with the model number and serial number of your equipment allows us to quickly find the right part for you needs. Ordering the right part the first time matters!
At Dine Company, we stock T&S Brass parts and have multiple Gold-level certified T&S Brass product experts who are ready to assist you. If you are able to identify your leak point, we are able to show you what parts are need so you do not have to replace the entire assembly. We have parts for deck mount and wall mount or splash mount faucets, hand sink faucets and pre-rinse faucets. Many parts are able to be used with other manufacturers assemblies, but are not guaranteed. Full assemblies are also avaliable.
Proper cleaning of your cooking equipment, keeping grease build up down, helps it run freely and smoothly. A lot of times it is not easy to identify what is going on with your equipment and you may need a service call or can do drop off service at Dine Company. Some problems are easier to identify, for example, if you are having a pilot light continuously go out, you may have a gas valve or regulator or gas pressure problem. Or maybe the temperature of your equipment keeps jumping up and down, you might need a new thermopile.
Proper preventative maintenance on refrigeration is an absolute must. Many service calls are not covered under warranty due to the condenser being covered in dust or the water filter on the ice machine not being replaced often enough. It is important to perform proper preventative maintenance to ensure your service call is covered under warranty. Refrigeration often starts showing warning signs that a repair is needed. Monitor the temperatures and do your preventative steps. Once equipment is outside of its warranty, we are able to order any parts needed for it based on manufacturer, model, and serial number. Commonly replaced parts include gaskets, thermostats, and fans or fan motors. We are also able to order extra shelves, clips or casters needed for your equipment.
