RATIONAL combi ovens combine a convection oven, steamer, and broiler into one piece of equipment and can even be configured as ventless – not requiring an exhaust system. With limited space in kitchens and the cost and regulations of installing a hood system, a ventless combi oven may work best to produce food at certain locations.

How do you make a RATIONAL combi oven that does the work of three pieces of equipment even more versatile? Optional accessories are the answer.
Grill quickly and easily with speed loading racks for the grilling plate accessory. If roasted chicken is on the menu, there’s a rack for three upright chickens. For frying, opt for the frying basket for best ventilation in the oven cavity. Use the double-sided grill and pizza tray to grill foods on one side or bake pizza on the other. RATIONAL even offers oven stands with different configurations. The possibilities are almost endless.
