Over twenty Convotherm combi ovens are UL Listed as ventless equipment. Due to their superior ventless technology, Convotherm units do not require additional ventilation hoods, therefore reducing initial installation costs and overall energy costs while also saving space. Due to not requiring a ventilation system, Convotherm combi ovens are perfect for kitchens with limited space or for front of the house operations. The units can also be moved throughout locations, ideal for caterers and mobile foodservice operators where installing ventilation is not possible.
Convotherm 4 Combi Oven
The Convotherm 4 is a kitchen workhorse capable of creating a multitude of dishes at a level of consistency found only in a combi oven. Available in several sizes, the Convotherm 4 combi oven is offered with two control panel options – the easyTouch® user interface and the easyDial™ user interface. All Convotherm 4 ovens include the ACS+ system for extra cooking functionalities.

Convotherm 4 ACS+ System
The all-new ACS+ system found in Convotherm 4 combi ovens ensures peak cooking performance – perfect steam-saturation, automatic humidity adjustment in combi-steam cooking, and fast, even heat transfer for convection. The system ensures a consistent cooking environment leading to high quality results. The ACS+ system includes Steam, Combi Steam, Convection, and Regenerating cooking modes for a wide variety of dishes.
New functions of the ACS+ system include:
- Crisp&Tasty with five adjustable levels of moisture removal
- BakePro, a traditional baking function in five levels
- Fan Speed with five adjustable levels
- HumidityPro with five adjustable moisture level settings
