Dine Company Reconditioned Equipment Process
- We inspect electrical systems and all gas-related components including regulators
- We inspect all gaskets for a proper seal
- We replace parts on all failed inspection test points and re-test to ensure proper functionality
- We thoroughly test all refrigeration for 24 hours to ensure proper temperatures are maintained
- We calibrate thermostatic controls of griddle surfaces, ovens, and refrigeration
- We add new cutting boards to prep tables
- We clean each unit to health department standards
- We run a final test of equipment at maximum capacity
